To improve the website, we collect only daily page-view totals and broad referral categories (such as Google, other websites, internal navigation or direct access). These are separate counters; individual page views are not stored. We do not identify people or sessions or reconstruct individual browsing paths. Analytics creates no cookies or browser identifiers and stores no IP addresses, emails, accounts, device characteristics, full referrer addresses or query parameters. Totals are accessible only to administrators and deleted after 90 days. Connections to technical providers still transmit network data, including IP addresses, which may appear in their operational security and diagnostic logs, separate from EMIRA counters. The purpose is website operation and improvement, based on EMIRA’s legitimate interest; these data are not used for personalised advertising.

The catalogue can be browsed without an EMIRA account. Free registration requires an email address, a protected password and email confirmation. We process these data, account status and technical access information to provide and protect the requested service, based on service performance and our legitimate interest in security. Authentication sessions use technical browser storage. Account data are retained as needed to manage the account until a deletion request, subject to legal obligations and protection of rights. The customer profile includes the first and last name, phone number, address, city, region, postal code, country of residence and nationality declared by the user, used to manage the profile and prepare sales and support requests. You can edit these details in your account. We do not currently collect card or other payment method details.

Only administrators can review accounts, email confirmation status, registration date and last login, and decide reasoned suspensions or reactivations. Suspension restricts the private area and protected data, not public browsing. No suspension is decided automatically. Contact the controller to request explanations or review. The new security log retains account-area access (at most one entry per account per day), suspension/reactivation decisions and recorded administrative operations for 180 days. It includes involved account identifiers, date, operation type and reason, not passwords, codes, IP addresses or catalogue browsing. The suspension reason remains available while the restriction is active. Provider technical logs may have separate retention periods.

You can use the website form or email us. The form collects your name, email, optional phone and company, message, department and selected product; shipping quotations also require country, city and postal code. We use this data to respond and prepare quotations as pre-contractual measures requested by you, or under our legitimate interest in handling other communications. Authorised administrators can access form enquiries, which are retained for up to 24 months from submission. Subsequent commercial documents follow their applicable retention requirements. We record the version of the privacy notice acknowledged. An anti-spam check and submission limits protect the form; the form does not store IP addresses, although technical providers may process them in operational logs. Do not submit patient data or health information.

We use OpenAI Sites for hosting, Supabase for authentication, databases and application functions, and OVH for email. Authorised personnel and providers may access data within the scope of their services; data are not sold. Infrastructure and subprocessors may be outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, transfers must be covered by GDPR safeguards under provider agreements. You may ask the controller for details of recipients, retention and applicable safeguards.

We use technical tools for authentication, security and functional preferences. Statistics collect aggregate counts without recognising individual visitors. These statistics are not used for advertising or profiling. You can disable counts of subsequent page views in Privacy settings. The website stores statistics preferences in your browser without assigning a unique identifier. You can change them in Privacy settings or delete them by clearing website data. Sign-in uses separate technical tools.

Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting prior lawful processing. Contact EMIRA using the details above. You may complain to the Italian data protection authority, www.garanteprivacy.it. Aggregate statistical totals cannot identify your browsing.
